the automatic check-in was acceptable, it made the process faster.
the lack of fresh air was a problem. i found that the windows could not be opened, this created a feeling of stuffiness. the noise was another issue. i could hear my neighbors using the washing machine at night, that was very annoying.

the studio was very clean. the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. the location is in a vibrant area that has great connection to public transport and the airport.
The self-service check in process is a bit painful. i had to type out all my details on a touchscreen, it was slow. the room was a bit noisy. The window let in a lot of sound.

The location was convenient. public transport was easily accessible, especially with the bus going directly to and from the airport without any connections. i appreciated that the staff were so helpful. They went the extra mile to assist me.
the bed was not so comfortable. it only had a thin foam pad for a mattress. the curtains were too small and did not block out the sun adequately.. i needed a safe in the room for my valuables, but there was none.

i find the room very clean and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. i also note the vibrant area it is located in. it has great connection to public transport and the airport. the common areas are also very nice.
i arrived and i ring the bell, it was 1pm but no staff member came to the host office. i needed to take the luggage but had to send messages and no answer. i had to go down and ring again to inform them.
